They didn't use to be, I think Rangers have been screwed financially, things may change though, they sound like they maybe about to get Paul Le Guen, who is a quality manager, that could spark an interesting battle between Hearts, Celtic and Ranagers, starting next season. |

Looks like Rangers will be getting Paul Le Guen, means Ranagers could start being a serious threat again he is a great manager |

It might be a three horse race next season, and when Gretna come up they may make it a 4 horse race, I think Scotland has the potential to become fairly exciting in the next few years |

I've heard something about Gretna, weren't they playing the Cup - final?? What kind of team is it and or their any famous players in? |

the scottish game is slowly improving due to debt most of the clubs are in, they are having to play more home growing players. Celtic, Rangers, Hearts, Hibs and Killy (THE TOP 5) have been playing around 4 to 8 scottish under 23s every week! Also with the SLP signing a new TV deal all clubs have agreed to invest more and more of that money into their youth development systems, so I think in the next 2 to 3 years you should hopefully see a rapid improvement the SPL and international teams. |
