^ lol I don't have to worry about that. Very Happy I slide tackle a lot too. uhh well I haven't really had a bad injury but I've broken another girl's arm before.... ooooops. Embarassed & well.. it was more a natural thing, but we had this 6 hour jamboree one day & my left quad started killing as if it were tearing or something. so i went to the doctor & got an xray, & found out that I have a bump in my bone so whenever I use my muscle for an extended period of time, the bone does actually rip at my muscle. That's why I had to switch out of distance running to sprints at track.

i tore the ligaments (sp?) of my kneecap when i was younger
jumped up to grab the ball and landed on my left leg and my body twisted anti-clockwise but my foot didnt and my knee twisted and ripped the connecting ligaments leading to surgery and not being able to walk without crutches for for 7 months and not playing soocer for 18 months.
not funny i tell you

never really broken anything but i do have tenditist in both my knees so if i run for a really long time my knees start to hurt...hahaha....i gotta ice them every night haha...no rips for me

one time i was ready to kick the ball and this guy just his me like really close to where my knees at with his cleets while he was sliding he left a big footprint that was there for about a week.
