Well I looked it up, and the guy is right, Serginhop says it on the AC Milan website

And they can compete in the CL but they have to play Belgrado I think in the 3rd round so it won't be that easy to get in the group-stages. |

It's doubtful that they will win the Serie A, but they never did before, they were just concerned about European football, so wheres the punishment. |

no ac milian won't win the seria a not with a strong inter milian in there group on the other side milian doesnt have shevchenko or crespo so with the 8 pt deduction i doubt they will win it
