1) when a player is coming at you with the ball, approach them sideways with your left foot in front (since you're playing the right), so you only give them the sideline area of the field, closing off the center (& so you don't get megged ). then if they make a mistake its a lot easier to just take the ball with that front foot than to swing your hips around if you were approaching them from the front.
2) when you're the last defender, contain your opponent as long as possible as to give the other defenders time to get back. then once you're sure you have support behind you, do your thinggg
basic stuff that you prob already know but it's the most helpful for me  |

Thanks guys, i kinda know all this stuff already I guess ill put it in practice tomorrow, our first game... its going to be hard running all the way up to setup a play and then running back to defend but i hope i do fine  |
