The Warlock, manager of the Latham Fighting Irish had some statements following the completion of the teams second season of existance:

"After a 6th place finish, and not qualifying for a ny cup at all, it is decided that we will need to make some changes. We are most lacking in the midfield, and will possibly be moving our star keeper up to improve upon it, once we caon find anable replacement in net. We hope these changes can put our team on the path to league glory. We are also trying to deal Balthrouz, to create some room on the salary cap to bring in some more talent."

Latham Fighting Irish Manager Had The Followinf To Say About His Team With The World Champioships Soon Ahead

The Warlock: Depending on our team's performance in the upcoming world championships, in which we will be satisfied with nothing less than a final four appearance, we will probably be looking to improve upon our team. We will be looking to get younger and cheaper in many positions, without losing our level of play. We have targeted several players from opposing clubs, and we will be in contact depending on performance. Please do not hesitate to send a pm our way if you have interest in any of our players.

The Warlock: "After Finishing Second in our group, we realized that in order to bring a world championship to Latham, we would need to improve upon our team. Coming onto the Irish squad was American Midfielder Benny Feilhaber, joining his first professional club, English Midfielder Joe COle, coming to the Irish for a second stint, after a successful time with the Tht Highstreet Allstars, and FInnish striker Forsell, coming off teh free agent market. UNfortunately, this meant letting go of reserves Vassell, Kovalenko, and Gardner. Although we regret letting such class players go, we feel that our new players can hopefully lead us to a championship.
