Offense as Sweepers
I used to play on a team in a league where we would play 7 on 7 (including the goalie), and our defense isn't always the strongest, so the offense has to come back and help sometimes. I couls play offense and defense as I am on my game at all times, but I'm not not an allstar. In a situation where our team is in, do you agree with me that it is vital for the offense to come back and help on defense as a "sweeper" if we are having 3 to 4 opponenets charging towards our goal with the ball?

i think it's more a Midfielders task but i think a Forward player must defend to, but not all the time, It's more the Midfielders task to go back and help the defenders.

yea the midfielders should keep with a mark a majority of the game if there's that many going forward. but in your case, i'd just suggest keeping an eye on any advancing defenders. or play really good defense in their half of the field, so the ball never goes into your goal's territory anyway!
