Charlton Athletic v Liverpool
Charlton play host to Liverpool in the first game of the weekend, live on PremPlus.

Liverpool are aiming to continue their improved form when they take on struggling Charlton.

The Addicks sit second from bottom of the table and go into the game on the back of a crushing 5-1 defeat to Tottenham last weekend.

The home side are without goalkeeper Scott Carson as he is not eligible to play against his parent club as part of his loan deal from Liverpool.

Thomas Myhre is set to replace Carson in goal in his first Premiership start of the season.

Djimi Traore is set to face his former club after recovering from a hamstring strain and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is back fit again after injury.

Charlton are sweating over the fitness of midfield duo Andy Reid and Radostin Kishishev as they struggle to shake off hamstring and calf problems respectively.

The game has come too soon for Jerome Thomas as he continues to regain his fitness after a knee problem.

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez could name an unchanged line-up from the side that beat Fulham last weekend.

Benitez has no fresh injury concerns to deal with and he could stick with the same side as they look for their second away win of the season.

Mohamed Sissoko, Bolo Zenden and Harry Kewell are all long-term casualties for The Reds.

Skysports.com Prediction: 0-2
Liverpool can add to Charlton's worries.

Player to watch: Steven Gerrard
