West Ham sign Bellion on season loan
| Quote: | English Premier League newcomers West Ham have signed Manchester United French forward David Bellion on a season loan, the club's website said on Wednesday.
Bellion, 22, is a French under-21 international who can play wide or down the middle. He has struggled to break into Manchester United's starting team due to injury and competition from players like Cristiano Ronaldo and Alan Smith.
"He is the sort of player that can break a deadlock with his pace as he is without question one of the quickest players in the Premiership," West Ham manager Alan Pardew told the website.
Bellion joined Manchester United from Sunderland in July 2003 on a four-year deal and scored four goals in 24 league appearances for the side.

Real Madrid striker Portillo has been loaned out to Club Brugg for one year. He has never been able ti find playing time behind Raul, Owen, and Ronaldo last year. Even though Owen is gone, they now have Baptitsta and Robinho ahead of him now. There is a clause that says that he can not play Real Madrid should they meet up in the later rounds of Champions League, (but that wont happen right ceh ) |

Baptista is also a forward, we've put him in several postions this season and he looks lost on the pitch in all of them, there is a chance that he will be leaving us in the summer. |
