lol yeah, after we stole him from man city's youth system when they dint offer him a contract (and he scored against them on his league debut, sweet or what?!?! )
yeah but man united didnt buy their way to the title in one season, they brought ferguson in, and he has developed players from our youth system e.g giggs, beckham, scholes the nevilles, and we got a lot of our success from that. This success funded our big transfers e.g ruud, rio, etc.. we didnt need some multi millionaire coming in, to buy all of our players without doing any work beforehand |

if you think about it, weve been alot LESS successfull since splashing the cash on ruud, rio, rooney e.t.c.
the buys such as shemiechal and cantona are what drove us to success |

yeah, i agree with that completely, our best buys have been the cheap ones (schmeichel, cantona, solskjaer), and then we have been supporting these players by bringing new ones through our youth system |

even only a few games before his injury, i was one of the Darren Fletcher criticers i have to say, but in his last 5 or 6 games before he got injured, he was showing a distinct inprovement in his positional awareness, and how much time he had on the ball, his passing was improving a fair bit too.
AND...... he was even attempting two or three tackles in each game!, which is about 6 or 7 more than he had done in any other game for man united, so who knows, he could turn out pretty good
I cant wait for Kieran Richardson to get back from West Brom, he has always looked promising, but never given a proper first team chance, but at West Brom, he has really made an impression on them, and has been a big part in their recent good form, so who knows, he may be a stopgap (if not a permanent) replacement for giggs in the near future |
