The MLS aint bad. It hurts it that the US's best players go over to Europe to play in leagues. I will admit the teams would get dominated by alot of the euro teams but it aint like they totally suck.

A lot of ageing players go to msl or thats what they say and its mainly americans not like Epl or the others which have worldwide players

I wouldn't expect any of the top US teams to be able to maintain a top two division in England constantly, its like watching league 2 football sometimes

if the united states had a good international showing at the world cup, the country as a whole will get more interested in soccer, which will allow the MLS to grow

the way i see it is that the MLS is the place for good players to end their careers, look at Valderrama, L. Matheus, Djorkaeff, A. Limpar, H. Stoichov and a bunch more, they all ended up in the MLS. Anyways, I dont think that MLS is that bad, but its teams are not ready to challenge South Americans or Eurpean teams. Mayber in a few years, but one thing is sure, the MLS will get it right some time.
