The highest. I could honestly see him start for a team like Man U to replace a guy like Keane. It's just extremely hard for a Grenada player to get a Work Permit. :(

I have never heard of him, but look forward if he comes over, doesn't he have many international caps, also how old is he??

He is 27 and does have a ton of caps for Grenada, won their top player award over Jason Roberts. Grenada is not in the top 75 nations though, which is part of the work permit requirements, so he'd need an appeal.
Probably due to his posistion, he gets overlooked in league awards. For example he won team MVP over Twellman, but Twellman won league MVP. That said, he was named to the league Best XI last year.
He's drawn alot of comparisons to the likes of Vieira by commentators in the past.
