Chelsea Vs Middlesbrough
| Quote: | Chelsea look to end a dreadful run of form against Middlesbrough on Saturday.
The champions have lost their last two matches against Boro and Jose Mourinho will be anxious to avoid another upset against the men from Teesside.
However, both the previous two defeats came at The Riverside and so Chelsea will be confident of success at Stamford Bridge - given Boro's own dismal record in West London.
Boro have not scored in their last five visits to Chelsea, the last coming in 2001 - which was also the last time they took a point from the Fulham Road - indeed to find Middlesbrough's last win at SW6, you have to go all the way back to 1975.
Chelsea's injury list continues to grow and in the past week, Michael Ballack, John Obi Mikel and Wayne Bridge have all booked into the physio's room.
They are all out of the game with Boro, as are the Coles Ashley and Joe.
Mourinho will be hoping he has Dutch duo Arjen Robben and Khalid Boulahrouz available again which will ease some of his problems.
With both Bridge and Ashley Cole out - left-back becomes a major concern for Chelsea and Paulo Ferreira could very well be asked to again fill an unfamiliar role.
One major boost for the home side will be the return of captain John Terry to the heart of their defence.
Boro are sweating on the fitness of their top Australian duo Mark Schwarzer and Mark Viduka.
Both are struggling with injuries, back and calf respectively, and will be given fitness tests on Saturday before a decision is made.
Midfield starlet Lee Cattermole looks increasingly unlikely to make the game due to the hamstring injury he picked up against Arsenal.
Should Viduka and Cattermole fail to make the game, then James Morrison will come in for the latter - whilst Jason Euell and Malcolm Christie will battle it out to partner Yakubu Aiyegbeni in attack with South Korean Lee Dong-gook still short of fitness.
Skysports.com Prediction: 3-1
Chelsea to keep pressure on Man United.
Player to watch: Didier Drogba
