Carrick to Manchester United
Manchester United are poised to make a deal with Hotspurs Midfielder Micheal Carrick, any thoughts?

I personally think Carrick wouldn't fit at Man U they already have a stellar midfield, he is foolish to leave tottenham, tottenham is foolish not to keep him. Confused

are you crazy Man U have the worst midfield of the top 4 by far. If we sell Carrick it will be for some 20 mill which will be fine for us cause we have Zokora now and we can use that money to buy a new winger, too bad Cristiano Ronaldo is on the right not left. Rolling Eyes

but he is a good player with a bright future, i don't see the point in letting him go, and as for Zakora, come on.... Zakora?? hes not half as good as Carrick.

Fergie is looking for someone to place alongside the returning Paul Scholes. I hope he manages to bring in Owen Hargreaves as well, as I thought he was probably England's best player in a few games. They could have a nasty midfield rotation with those three along with O'Shea, Fletcher, and a little bit of some Giggs as well.
